Dermal Fillers are a gel like substance made from hyaluronic acid, a natural sugar molecule that is found in most living organism's and that has been used in facial aesthetics for many years. It is injected in small amounts (after being numbed with an excellent anaesthetic cream) into the desired area to fill lines and improve their appearance. It can be used anywhere in the face, but the most popular regions are lips, nasolabial and marionette lines. Products we use here at IGL Aesthetics are of the highest quality, Restylane & Emervel.

Micropigmentation, also reffered to as Semi permanent makeup, is a delicate process whereby natural pigments are lightly tattooed into the dermal layer of the skin, achieving long lasting makeup for approximately 12-18 months. The procedure is painless, and takes approximately 30 minutes of the 2 hour appointment which includes your consultation, colour selection and design. A patch test will be posted out to you prior to treatment, or you can come in and see us. The price includes your patch test, consultation and treatment as well as your 6 week top up.

Semi permanent makeup is a layering process so the top up at 6 weeks will be needed to achieve the colour depth that you require, as it will fade up to 30-50% after the initial 5 day healing process. You may require another top up within the 12-18 month period but this will be at a heavily discounted price.
